The Tera High Income Fund seeks high levels of current income from investments in securities with high fixed and variable payouts. Whether dividends or interest, capital return or option premium, the goal of the fund is to earn a high annual return through a diversified basket of primarily small-cap securities.
Targeted at investors that desire higher yields than those available from traditional fixed-income securities, the Tera High Yield Fund invests in debt, equity, convertibles, income trusts, or other derivative instruments issued by governments or corporations which the manager believes can sustaina high level of payout over a 4-7 year investment horizon. Investments are selected with a goal of achieving an annual return of at least 8%.
The Fund uses the expertise of the Tera Capital and Red Barn Capital in identifying and making High Income Investments. The Managers select investments in small and medium-sized public companies (or near-public companies) that have a unique ability to sustain a high yield over a long period of time.
